Rosie here! I’m an ENFJ Sr. Product Designer with global experience. Born in Taiwan, studied in Belgium, shaped products in Taipei & San Francisco, and now call Portland home. I geek out on design, prototyping, and tech, combining user insights with storytelling to craft delightful consumer products. Off-screen, you’ll find me lost in a sci-fi novel or chasing a runner’s high!
TL;DR
What’s my creative journey like?
From optimizing CRM user flows at a consulting firm in Taipei to building a thriving freelance UX/UI business in San Francisco, my journey led me to a Silicon Valley AI startup and ultimately Disney ESPN Fantasy where I designed fantasy football and ad experiences that energized 13M+ fans and drove $11M+ in revenue!
What are my design principles?
Design for joy. Push boundaries. Every pixel counts. Keep learning and growing. Prototypes tell better stories. Teamwork makes dreams work. Aesthetics and function are one.
What does teamwork mean to me?
It’s about uniting our diverse perspectives to create something greater than ourselves. By combining our strengths, we channel our collective 'Force' to build products we truly believe in. It's all about open collaboration, where creativity and innovation thrive.
Before diving into design, I consulted for TSMC, the top chip maker behind Apple’s 3nm A18 chipset. That deep dive into semiconductors didn’t just sharpen my business acumen. It gave me a unique edge in seeing how hardware and software come together in product design. Turns out, circuit logic and user logic aren’t so different after all!
